Fair Rules for Vendors

Thank you VERY MUCH for joining us. We wish you a successful fair.

Just a few reminders………

Fair Rules
Please only birds and bird-related items at the fair. (No Pigeons please)

Southern Ohio Bird Fair is not responsible for any transactions between vendors and their customers.

There are to be no outside birds brought into the show if they are not to be presented at a vendor table for sale.

Non-profit organizations/clubs/rescues/sanctuaries will be allowed to solicit donations and sign up participants but are not allowed to bring birds in for sale.

Assignment of vendor space is first come, first served. No reservation will be made until payment is received in full.

There are no refunds on reservations.

· Birds must be in good clean health and free of any disease.

· Cages must be clean.

· Wings must be clipped (except canaries and finches).

· Setup time will be from 7:00am–9:00am.

· Doors open at 10:00am.

· Please keep your area clean.

· You must clean your area after the show

· Each vendor will be responsible for donating at least one item to the bird club for the raffles.

Tables/Spaces are 6 or 8 feet in length depending on the show location and come with two chairs. Please provide your own table cover, all tables must be covered. All spaces will be marked off. Please respect your boundaries.

Please supply your own extension cord and duct tape to cover exposed cords (we don’t want anyone to trip).
